Delivery Times

We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
We have many cooperative express companies, such as DHL, EMS, FedEx, HK Post, and UPS. We will choose the most suitable mode of transportation for you according to your country.
Shipping Exclusions:
Please note P.O. boxes address is available (excluding APO/FPO/DPO address). Please enter a residential or business address at checkout.
Shipping Status:
Once your order ships, you’ll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
If you don’t receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don’t worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.
Order Changes:
Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.
Item Not Received:
If you have successfully placed an order and still haven’t received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at support@covers4car.com.
Taxes:
Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax).
However, some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.
We are required by law to charge sales tax on all items purchased, unless in situations where it is not required by law.
Who pays for custom duties/taxes?
Each country has its own customs rules and policies. Please contact local customs for more information. If, in rare cases, import duties or taxes are charged, the customer is responsible for paying them.
What if I never received my order?
Occasionally packages may become lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, arrive in separate packages or left in a different location at your home.

What to do if there is a delay?
It’s entirely possible that your package will be delayed due to weather or other force majeure factors. If the delay affects your use, please contact our custom service via support@covers4car.com for compensation.
