Refund and Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. At Covers4Car (a brand owned and operated by Gotouchup Inc), we stand behind the quality of our products and are always at your service to resolve any issues.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This provides you with ample time to ensure your seat covers meet your expectations.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).

With all original tags and in its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@covers4car.com within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange a prompt replacement or a full refund.

Note: For verified quality issues or damaged goods, Covers4Car will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and the customer will not be charged for the return shipping.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Manufacturer Defect/Wrong Item: No cost to the customer. We provide the return label.

Customer Responsibility (e.g., ordered wrong color/fit): For returns due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0).

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the production or shipping process, cancellation is no longer possible. Please contact support@covers4car.com immediately for any changes.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method:

Processing Time: It generally takes 7 business days for us to process a refund once received.

Payment Method: Refunds will be issued strictly to the original form of payment (PayPal to PayPal, Credit Card to Credit Card).

Confirmation: You will receive an automated email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

7. Return Address

To initiate a return, please email us first. We will provide the specific return address (authorized by Gotouchup Inc) once your request is confirmed. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
